Where’s my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Most orders in the EU arrive within 2–4 business days. Netherlands and Belgium 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship across the EU, UK and Globally.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away. We’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every pouch and product.

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
